What makes for the best Siege Brawlers?
Siege has 3 major objectives throughout the course of the map. Ideally, you want a brawler that is strong in all three, but being really strong in a couple can make up for a slight weakness in another area.
Getting Bolts
This is the starting objective, and can come up several times through the course of a match. Both teams will head toward the center, and try to pick up as many bolts/screws as they can before the next siege. During this stage, strong brawlers are those who have high durability and/or speed to rush in and get bolts and ones that can zone out enemies by laying down attacks that make the bolts too dangerous to get.
Siege the Enemies
When it's time for a siege, if your team has gotten more bolts than the enemy team, a bot will spawn on your side and will push toward the enemy turret. Now is the time to get aggressive and deal as much damage as you can. Brawlers that are good in this stage of the siege game mode are ones that can do a ton of damage quickly to the turret, or that can take enemies out quickly so they can't defend. Breaking down walls can also be helpful to give your teammates a clearer shot and to sometimes let your bot get through quicker.
The Enemies Siege You
If the enemies have collected more bolts when it's siege time, they'll be sending a bot your way supported by their team. Good brawler choices for defending will either be able to take out enemy brawlers quickly from behind the bot, deal a bunch of damage to the bot to clear it quickly, or will be good at preventing the bot from reaching the turret (by knocking it back, tanking it with their own health, slowing the bot down, etc.)
Solo Sieging
One last option in the brawl stars siege game mode is solo sieging - attacking the turret without a bot. This is not a valid option for all brawlers, but some are great at it. The best brawlers for siege solo are ones who will be able to deal a lot of damage to the turret without a bot tanking for them. That generally means either really long range or a HUGE jump or dash ability that can close the gap before the turret can get more than a shot or two off.
